Making content at scale

As a production executive and studio head, I have led development, creative and production planning for a slate of content across all forms of production, utilising a hybrid of in house and outsourcing model.

My approach is to rethink traditional production pipelines to favour what was important to the content on screen and audience, but also create plans which would give space for iteration and pivoting as we learn about the way the audience is engaging with the content. I call this an Always On Iterative Content strategy.
